Our oils have been available for several months where the Mobil version is not available yet.

Why are these advanced oils not recommended for street use if they are so much better than what available now?

Couldn't have said it better!

By the way doc, dunno if anyone else here has been running Race Dominator, but it's now under 20 degrees here in Chicago, and I've still got a SMOOOOOOOOOth running motor with Race Dominator in it. Along with two other Evo 9's and an Evo X I put this oil in .

If you do not have a Cat, you can use them.... ZDDP is thought by the EPA to Damage Cats... and we are way above the API regulated limits... So we sell them as "Intended for Off-Road Use Only" Just like every High-Perf product you buy

It must be cold running at the track as we all know these oils are "Intended for Off-Road Use Only" LOL

Thanks for the review... They are World Class Oils

Doc, I currently run the SSO 0W30 in my X and love it. I am curious though... I am about to put in a test pipe soon so a cat will not be a concern for me, and I was wondering if the dominator 10W30 would be a better choice. What about service drain intervals? Does a race oil like this clean the engine as well as a high detergent packed oil like the SSO? Is it suitable for street use? Cold weather?

Although the RD Series oils are not meant for extended changes, it is rare to find an EVO owner go past 5,000 miles on a change, 3,000 is even long for some.

The RD will have no problem going to the 5000 with the AMSOIL Filter and no problem with keeping your engine clean during that time.

It is an excellent oil, has been Race Proven and Dyno Tested to increase HP.

If you are going to contribute to the Thread, at least try to make it useful instead of something to jack your post count.

Oil Doc,
Don't mind acme20000. He trolls around in threads acting like a moron.
I hope they ban him. He brings nothing positive to the forum.

Hi Doc,

I'm now using Amsoil for my transmission & differential, smooth!
Tempted to use the SSO 0W30 but am concern cos our climate here is hot (26-33 degree celcius) & humid (80-100% humidity) year round.
Occasional tracking too, we have a F1 circuit a few hours away
Please advise.
