Is there a restrictor in the clutch cylinder?

Just wonder if the Evo X has that clutch release restrictor (little plastic round thing with a pin hole) just like the Evo 8-9.

Not in the pump itself but in the hose.

To be a little more clear, its actually at the end of the clutch hard line where it enters the cylinder at the transmission itself. No it's not hard to remove, but it will make a mess if you don't know what you are doing.
