Im going to take that POS MBC off then but will the stock boost control hold all the mods and tune etc?

The car will need to be retuned. If you had the MBC on your car at the time of the tune, then you were bypassing the boost control solenoids and your tuner wouldn't have bothered tuning the wastegate duty cycle tables in the ecu. You will go back to stock like boost if you remove the MBC right now, but a retune will fix this.

The stock X boost control is great. You dont need a MBC with this car IMO. I run 26psi tapering to 22psi on my stock boost control system with no CELs ever.
