mine has the same issue, only 600 miles won't go into 5th gear.

 

Your power mods have nothing to do with your drivetrain they will try n say you abused the car just fight with them a bit.

 

Sounds like what happened to me, bent the shift fork an messed up my sliders. The synchro moved a bit or somethin an ruined everything

 

How would you bend a shift fork?

I'm bring it by the dealership tomorrow. My car only has 600 miles.

You must drive a lancer, and if you own an evo you should sell it so a real man can buy it.

 

Patiently waiting from a phone call from the dealership regarding my Evo with 600 miles that won't go into 5th gear.

They have had the car since 10am, and called me around 4pm yesterday telling me they are disassembling the transmission to find the part that broke.

I can't imagine a part going out after only 600 miles. I haven't even driven the car hard yet.
