Pulled the transmission out again to put in a different act clutch and flywheel and the lock collar for the throw-out bearing is not re-usable it got messed up. To get a new one I have to buy a new pressure plate from mitsu. Does anybody have the old pressure plate set up and locking collar from doing a clutch swap? if so would you sell it to me? Thanks let me know asap so I dont order a new one.

Contact russell at mitsuparts. All OEM mitsu parts, for far cheaper than dealer prices. That's your best bet if you ask me.

 

Its still about 150.00 and Ill have a stock pressure plate for no reason. If I need to I will buy one buy hoping somebody still has there old setup

 

If you dont mind me asking what happen to the first ACT setup. Did it give you problems are did you upgrade

 

no problems at all, but I was running the street disc with the power im making now, so I wanted to upgrade

 

what is the most power the street disk can hold before upgrading

You could probably use it off an 8-9 evo too..im pretty sure the only difference in the clutch/flywheel setup in the X is the flywheel....
