I would say after the factory recommended break in. I'm just under 700 miles now and am seriously looking at a cobb ap stage 1 reflash. I changed my oil out at 600 miles and it had a lot of fuel in the oil which is due to the rich nature of the factory map, it was a lot less viscous than the new 5w30 i poured in. The stage 1 reflash should help lean it out a little but more importantly, less fuel in the oil means the oil can do its job better of protecting the motor. But back on topic, I would definitely wait at least until after break in.
