The weighted shift knob makes the car shift smooth as butter.

IMO the stock shift knob is simply too light for the cable shift arrangment on the Evo X.

Is the weighted shift knob simply a heavier metal shift knob? Perhaps clamping some weights to the shifter itself inside the boot will achieve the same result. (And be adjustable!)

Anyone know if the shift cables are adjustable? Stock shifter seems to have some play side to side...wanted to adjust like the old DSM days.
