Noise while in gear! please help

While the car is rolling in Gear you hear a rubbing sound, almost sound metal-2-metal like. If I put the car in neutral it doesnt make the noise. Any ideas ?

sounds like the DP/tie bar... Do you have an aftermarket DP? Do you feel it, or just hear it? Does it happen when accelerating, or de-celerating? Reason I ask, is, I had this issue, and would only make that rubbing of metal sound/feel @ deceleration @ 2500 rpm (for me)

If this sounds about right, than all you need is a couple spacers for the tie bar, under the DP. There are 2 of them. For me, it was the second tie bar...

GL

Edit: just realized you have a X. Might still be the same issue tho...
