what spark plugs?

i just changed out my plugs. after some research, i went ahead and stuck with the oem ones. oem ftw!

I used HKS M45XL-9 heat range,have 100 Hp plus and running well

Read my post above. They come in both 1 heat range colder, and then 2 colder at a "10" NGK heat range (which is most certainly too cold for anything but a track car).

No... try running 24 psi of boost on a car with a crappy distributor ignition. That's when you need some coil upgrades. The stock COP system is more than adequate for probably anything you throw at the car. I'm thinking of several high-HP/track Evo X builds right now who have stock coils. Regapping plugs may be a necessity at that power level, but that should only be done with great care.

Yeah same here. Great plugs.

Once I get turbo upgrades and such I'll go with NGK Racing...

I was wondering as well, but AMS recommended I remain OEM. I took their word for it.
