Glad it got out to you in great shape Tim! The pictures and video clip look amazing btw. With the rest of your plans, this system is really going to shine.

For those interested please PM me, for those that would like to continue hating -- please carry on! I really don't understand peoples obsession with hating on what isn't their concern anyway. Some of us enjoy top quality parts and know the value of materials + craftsmanship that goes along with systems like these. If at the very least, we are sharing information on the first Akra exhaust for the Evo X...let's keep it clean fellas!

God-forbid people decide to voice their opinions. This is still a "free country"(for the most part anyway) isn't it?

If a vendor suddenly decides to sell a Diamond-encrusted downpipe for the Evo X, you know people are going to speak their mind and give their opinions and thoughts on it.

What a beautiful exhaust! I would be afraid someone would steal my car with that exhaust on it, lol.

I had a local car place try to sell me this exhaust a few months ago....needless to say I declined. I still think it is nice, but there is something weird about spending so much on a < 40k car.

I am sure you guys aware about the German and so car after market part prices , right?
We got really spoiled with the EVO in the states , and those prices are not really reflect the normal or average AM prices.

I thought there's noone on this forum that understood how spoiled the prices for evos really are in the states... Starting with the car price, not to mention aftermarket... At the current exchange rate EUR/USD a new evo here costs 71k $ from the dealership and unleaded fuel is 7,9$ per gallon.

Enjoy.

+1 for Akrapovic. Well made products. Similar quality to Termignoni and Arrow exhausts. I raced supersport for many years and these were the names you wished you could have on your racebike. Some of these exhausts cost $2500-3000 for bikes. I think Robevo said it best, "you get what you pay for." Couldn't agree more.

My thoughts exactly.

My Evo here in Australia sells for ~$80,000 new and our dollar is around the same as yours now! I would be in heaven doing up my car in the states oh and I have an akro system on my cbr600rr and it set me back $4000. For a bike!
