Curious about these mounts as well... 70a is still too harsh? The blox is 90a I believe

Had the 90A motor mount from AMS in my old car, switched down to a 70A and it was much more reasonable. Bumping your idle RPM's slightly does indeed help since there is a certain RPM where everything just shakes. On my new MR I now have the Boomba front motor mount installed, scared to install the rear portion. There is an odd vibration from around my FMIC so I may have to bump the RPM's up a bit to see if I can avoid it. Drilling holes in the material to reduce the stiffness is a good trick as well.

Do you notice less vibration with the boomba? I'm on the fence about the mounts, I don't need my wife telling me another thing makes her sick while driving in my car.

Dude, if this is a street car DO NOT install the solid rear mount. I ran the Boomba mounts (front and rear) and the noise and vibration is intense. The sound it makes is awesome (first impression was like being inside a Nascar car, engine noise fills the cabin) but if you think the front mount adds NVH you haven't seen nothing until you've tried a solid rear mount.

See above. Install if you hate wife or enjoy listening to her complain.

Can a front motor mount insert from a Evo 9 fit in a X mount? If yes then powerflex bushing would be THE best option... But again I don't kno the size differences in the two mounts from Evo 9 or x

I wonder if there is a lower durometer mount that would fit in place of the Blox one. Ideally it would be rubber.

Why not just fill the stock mount with 3m urethane?

++ to Powerflex if its an option. One more thing, at least on the VIII's, doing the front bushing alone always gives more vibration--adding the side mounts takes care of the problem--this while leaving the rear mount stock. The three powerflex mounts together offered far less NV then the single frt mount alone. Would be nice for you X owners to find out about the same for your cars. MY .02 and personal experience.
