Can someone tell me why Synapse...

makes fittings that are really to damn big to fit? I mean this is ridiculous... I got one, and then got another one because they were so hard to turn in, I thought that I was doing something wrong.... what's the deal with this?

Hmm, we do sell Synapse products, and all my Mazdaspeed customers love their BPVs, as well as the new one for the Genesis Coupe. I have not sold, nor do I have in stock one for the EVO X, so I cannot compare..
Have you spoken with Synapse about the issue?

ok, well i've contacted one of the sales people for Synapse... the more I have dealt with Vibrant and Synapse, the less i'd advise anyone to use their products.

Idk what "fittings" your talking about, I bought it specifically for an evo .... So it fit perfectly. I have ets upper intercooler pipe and fp intake pipe if u think could have made a difference. The piece is amazing and I have had no fitament issues. I had a problem with 1 port being kinked and their customer service was notch. idk how ur experience was, but mine was great, problem solved in less the 5 mins.

You would be the first to have an issue with their new kit. Is it the new DV that EVO X specific?

I have seen quite a few installed without issue from their new series and old series.

i'm speaking of the fittings that are screwed into the back of the BOV where the vac lines go... they are MUCH bigger than the actual holes they are supposed to go in.

yeah, if you want to pay extra for them... I don't know.. the ones it comes with shold at least fit correctly. You are supposed to put non permanent thread locker on the ones that came with it... here again IF they would fit correctly.

they are the correct fittings, they are just extremely tight to go in. You must use a wrench and they will fit. Everything on that BOV works extremely well when installed properly. It might seem like those fittings wont work but they are just made to be extremely tight to avoid any possible leaks or problems im sure.
