What large frame Turbo on a fully built 2.3 Stroker?

Im looking for a large frame turbo to complete my build my goal is to have a 650/700 whp car with the quickest spool i can get. I have already ruled out the black because i dont feel it will reach my goal. This will be my first large frame turbo so its all new to me. What i dont want is a 800 + Whp capable turbo that is laggy as hell, what i do want is 650 to 700 whp with the best possible spool. So give me something to look at.

That's easy. GT3586R HTA should be perfect. Wicked fast spool with stroker motor (below 4000 rpm or so) with plenty of oomph to reach 800 whp.

Precision 5857 might get you to 650whp and spool would be like 3500, lol. You'd have to push it though.

The HTA 3586 is pretty laggy, I doubt the spool above will be possible, but you never know.

Go with the ets pt6262 and never look back. Quicker spool than the 35r.

After looking at a few graphs on the 5857 i would have to agree with this, 6262 and don't look back.

You can also go gt3582r hta which on stock 2.0 has 25+ psi by 4300 rpm in 4th gear. I'm not sure I it would hit 700 whp but 650 should be no problem. It spools up 300-400 rpm sooner than it's big brother

3582 HTA for 650-700.. If you want more than 700 go HTA86..

If you have the coin. AMS 900x turbo kit and 2.3 big bore block. This is the way I'm going. The 900x is a PTE6265.

He already has a 2.3 and the ams kit is way overpriced.

Ryan I still stick by my hta3586 suggestion. Either way when you are done it helps me decide which way I am going. Oh yeah parts are getting ready to start being delivered.

It wont quite spool like a 3076R, but it will make power like a 4094R.

I would choose the GTX3582R over the 6262 if you can afford it. Otherwise, the 6262 or HTA3582R.
