Which Valve springs for GSC S2 Cams?

Like the title says. Is there any reason why I would choose a particular brand spring over another? I'm pretty much decided on Supertech dual valve springs and retainers. Any reason why I would want to go with a single valve spring like Brian Crower?

Supertech.. There is many reason you wouldnt want to use Brian crower even if it was duals.. They fatigue and float valves.. Go with the supertech or Kelford Beehive..

is there anything needed to be done to the head to accept dual valve springs? or is it the same as any other spring, just remove old ones and drop new ones in?

I am wondering the same. Any mashining required?

Also any opinions on the Cosworth valve springs, but they come without retainers.

I am running supertech springs in mine, highly recommended! With my GSC s2's of course.

I rev mine to 9k, wouldn't hesitate to do 9.5k if I needed to.
