I've heard of people with leaky Buschur ICs. Hotdog sent his back or something and it still leaked. He ended up JB Welding the crap out of it. I'd go with AMS because of the cast end tanks, too. Better flow and whatnot.

I have a friend who was told to just super glue his when brand new.

Buschur told him to fix a brand new intercooler? I've never heard of anything like that. to buschur if true.

I think you mean length, as 4.5" is the width..

I have the Buschur.. I'm on the middle ground of it. It keeps things frosty for sure (did a run down the 1/4 mile and pulled over immediately after.. half the UICP was cold to the touch!).

My complaints would be the spacers that I needed to use (not sure if it's still required) to move the front crash beam out to fit the intercooler. Cutting the bracket was a huge pain in the *** for me as well (no dremmel experience)
