I have kelford cams on my car and absolfreakinglutly love them, but they were a huge PITA to install. Easy alternatives with similar gains would be a tubular exhaust manifold and ported IM/TB. Keep the longblock stock as long as you can!
And/or, consider E85 (bigger injectors and maf required) or an Aquamist Alky kit, big big bang for your buck and generally add safety to the tune.
My $.02

I am going to be getting it all for 91 as it is pretty much the only thing I have access to. In February I will hopefully move to a place with 93 and access to e85. If I did have access to e85 over 91 I wouldnt hesitate at all. I do want to run pump though as I make random road trips out of the blue. I appreciate the input for sure!
Seem's like Cobb's 400S package is about what you're after, plus a few extras: http://cobbtuning.com/products/?id=5732
Basically the same as what I'll be doing too, except I'm staying with the stock cams. I have the Walbro already and will be going with DW800's since they're plenty for a Green (or similar) on pump.

@ OP
how are you liking your Stage 2? You're running exact mods and unfortunately I am also stuck on 91 oct water -_-;;
Honestly did you notice the difference before and after the tune? Thanks. I'm on S2 without a tune atm but I plan to go in for one when my S3 is ready to go (BBX Lite turbo + injectors and fuel pump, already have the GrimSpeed
)

Along with some stuff... extra stuff was installed this week at cobb plano that werent on the list :P
Whiteline Anti Sway F and R with extender arm on the R
Eibach Pro kit
Grimmspeed 3 port
FIC 1100cc
and aligned...
Next week will be adding, (hopefully) LICP (most likely depo but can be ams w/ tial qr), cobb bov (or tial qr if I go with the ams licp), walboro 400 fuel pump along with a 91 retune and e85 tune.
Edit: It has been confirmed by AMS that the LICP wont fit with my AEM intake, basically I either spend 1k or 200 for the LICP...
Then... there will be the exhaust manifold, turbo, cams, and clutch pack left to do on my stage 3.

I was really impressed with my Depo LICP. You will want to plan to purchase two 3" T-bolt clamps too, but the clamps at the FMIC oulet, TB inlet, and BOV pipe can all be reused.

The ETS LICP does fit with the AEM intake however had some issues with the AMS SST cooler. Had to chop the hose as short as possible that goes into the cooler and was not able to mount it via bracket also the T-clamps that came with the licp was a pain to install but did manage it after pinching it and what not.
Technically, only 4 pieces left for to be done with my stage 3 but I added an extra thing to it...
Here is what I have left to get and install:
Turbo (very likely it will be the MAP ef2, hot side coated)
Exhaust manifold (tubular, ets or MAP, coated)
Throttle body (mil.spec)
Cams and valve spring (kelford)
and the extra replacement is = MAP or ETS Recirculated downpipe (3d flange for map and both coated). Why replace my already ETS dp? Well, the dump o2 after having it for 2 months is getting OBNOXIOUSLY loud. I have no idea why but after the LICP and Fuel Pump install my car now sounds louder than a train. I do not have any legal problems with it or anything but I am just very tired of it, its good to scare the **** out of people but still... I want to be able to hear my BOV and turbo (when i get it, not the stock one) but with the current set up my cabin has turned into a giant vibrator (even though a few girls loved it) it is not my style.
