T-Case WHY!??

What kind of clutch did you have put in? Are you sure the metal noise isn't clutch chatter in 4th and 5th gear at low rpm's? Check the wheel bearings too for the humming. If it's an Exedy Twin you might hear a few funky noises coming from it when you drive. I could be totally wrong but it's worth a shot

I don't think you had your T-case rebuild by Jacks. I spoke to him a couple months ago and he did not rebuild them. All he could do was replace the seals. Was yours just leaking or was it your Tranny you had rebuilt? Your sig just says Tranny

I had the exedy twin plate in there and replaced it with spec 3+ check the video on first page for the sound its making at 4th and 5th its just a whine, but in low gears when i give it gas and let go its like the engine breaks but theres a metal colliding with metal, one of my axles seals was replaced because of oil leak, what do you know i looked under the car and its still leaking, most likely the Tcase needs a reseal?

Yeah it was my tranny not t case my bad! i should it specify. I do not think jacks does t -case for the X at least is not on the page. This is what i did to my transmission http://www.jackstransmissions.com/co...s/evox-rebuild

damn that's not too expensive either! As of now the car is for sale. If I don't get the money I'm asking then ill buy a used tcase
