....Even though they have probably been asked a thousand times. I searched for about a 1/2 hour and couldnt come up with anything. Im search engine retarded I guess, so here they are:

1. What CC is the OEM fuel injector for the 2011 GSR?

2. What power level can they sustain on pump gas? When should I upgrade?

3. At what power level is the OEM pump inadequate?

4. Anything else needed, fuel system wise, if I want to max out my stock turbo or maybe do a Blouch Dom 2.0?

1) 600cc
2) 230-240 wkw (DD dyno)
3) I would change the pump at 270+

stock turbo? pump fuel? stock injectors and stock pump
stock turbo? E85 fuel? 800 or 1000cc injectors and stock pump

 

what tephra said. Only to give you non aussie dyno numbers, stock pump and injectors good to 400whp on pump, 370ish on e85. New injectors will get to you 400 on e85 w/ stock pump.

yea probably more like 350 I guess. I haven't seen too many cars go that route so I assumed on that number.

 

More like almost wastegate pressure boost. Maybe 300 on a proper mustang dyno. Maybe.

It would have to be all timing and very little boost.

Just do the math. Stock fuel system maxes out at what on a proper mustang dyno on pump gas with all the boost the stock turbo can give? 320-340?

 

I haven't seen anyone do stock injectors and E85.

 

Thank-you everyone for the info. It seems like the fuel system and Turbo are well matched for pump gas or did I miss something? Im looking to do a full tbe and intercooler upgrade now that I have an AP and I'd rather not have to swap injectors. Hopefully the car wont need it.

 

I ran 350/350 with stock fuel system w/ intercooler, intake and TBE without issue

 

Stock injectors are plenty for the stock turbo on pump gas. I did have to upgrade my fuel pump with my ported manifolds and throttle body though.
