Well I could have written a response to how it feels by now as the car has the old clutch out and awaits the "correct" ACT HDSS. I somehow got billed and shipped an evo 8 clutch and not a 08 evo X clutch. Grrrr ..

Now upon return of the incorrect clutch I might just go with the Non-HD exedy twin.

 

Thats frustrating man.

 

Well after much searching the non-hd twin is a no go... Exedy doesn't even have them. So overnight shipping of 2 clutches i might have her car back on the road Friday. It sucks considering the only other form of transportation is my 99 regular cab ford ranger for my wife, son and I.

im picking up my car tomorrow. itll have a new HDSS and streetlight. ive got about 70-80 miles of back road driving from the shop. ill let ya know my opinion soon. i had a spec2 clutch in a different kind of car and loved it, so we will see.
