Forge RS BPV Review

For starters, it has been far to long since I've posted so it's nice to see you all again!

Sharing my thoughts on my Forge RS BPV. This is a OEM replacement recirculation valve. I believe it's strong up until 30 PSI?

You can see it hiding up there behind the intake.

I'll comment on noise first. Given the open element SRI I have from Agency Power, this thing sounds like a VTA. For me this was exciting since the one "ricer' thing I have going on is the BOV... I want to hear it.

fitment was spot on, nothing special at all, bolted right in.

Now performance. I went with a HKS EVC-S boost controller. I wanted to have a strong tune, reduced tune, and stock boost control, all of this was only possible with the EBC. My Strong tune peaks right around 27 PSI and this thing is solid. the only thing to note is the frustrating problem that plagues most aftermarket BOV. When accelerating like a sane human being it will pop-off sometimes. If you know of a BPV that isn't plagued by this let me know so I can order it! lol

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Awesome, good to hear it works well. I'm upgrading to an adjustable bov to combat some stuttering/jerking I have going on after a recent tune and increased boost
