BOV flutter any normal?
My only mod is the ETS intake. I hear the normal whoosh sound at WOT and around town regular low rpm shifting. I do hear some flutter only if I am in 5th gear say around 55-65mph, when I push on the gas a tiny bit sounds like boost building and then i let off. The flutter is faint. Never does it any other time. What do you guys think? Is some flutter normal?
I think some flutter is normal, if you're applying throttle while already in a low RPM range.
I noticed it faintly on mine when I first got it.. with all the windows up, radio and hvac off.. if I was say climbing a hill in 4th at ~3k RPM, then applied more throttle, I could just hear it.
Downshifting to stay in the appropriate power band made the flutter go away.
Might not be the same issue, but it could be, and you're just hearing it more now with the ETS intake.
ETA: Yeah, what Kracka said

This is normal. If you are cruising in 5th at about 45mph at 2K RPM you will notice it when you start to get on the throttle. Just try and keep the RPMS up and drive in 4th if you are cruising at about 45mph. Also don't womp on the gas when you are in 5th and at cruising speeds.
