Quick question regarding ACD fluid reservoir?

So today I decided to take a look at my ACD reservior in the trunk, and I realized that the fluid is slightly above the "MAX" line.

Is this an issue? The car has no been driven in 3 months now as it is in storage but everything was perfectly normal when I put it away.

Would the car not being driven have anything to do with this? I'm wondering if I were driving it, if it would go back to normal. Also the battery is unhooked if that makes a difference.

Thanks guys.

EDIT: it does not appear to have ever leaked out through the top or anything of the sort.
