AEM intake to stock, solenoid connections

I bought a 2008 evo x three weeks ago and it has an aem intake installed. I heard not so great things about it so I'm trying to install a stock intake until I can get it tuned. After uninstalling the aem intake I ran into a problem with where the hoses go from the solenoid. In the image attached is what my solenoid looks like. The two white circles are the two connections from the AEM rubber inlet hose to the solenoid at the purple circle and the yellow circle. The red circle is the hose from the solenoid to one side of a "Y" splitter then to the turbo. The third opening on the "Y" splitter is just open. The green circle is not connected to anything, its just a hose dangling.

On the stock rubber inlet hose it looks like the red circle and the yellow circle are suppose to be connected to the "Y" splitter and then to the turbo. Then it looks like there is another "Y" splitter connecting the purple circle and the green circle to the one connection in the stock rubber inlet hose.

Can anyone verify this or explain if I'm missing something. Thanks

The AEM intake is fine, it's better than stock. Every wonder who makes the stock intake for the Evo? Check the stock rubber hose for your clue

Yeah I noticed, its just that is like to take my car to the dealership and return it to stock. Can anyone just let me know where the four hoses from the solenoid go to on the stock set up?

The AEM MAF housing is larger in diameter than stock, so wouldn't it be best for him to just take it out until he is ready for a tune?

Yes, which is what I plan to do.

Can anyone post a pic of there solenoid connections? Or verify that the closer 2 hoses from the solenoid connect to a "Y" splinter and then goes into the inlet hose. And the 2 hoses on the far side of the solenoid connect to a "Y" splinter and go to the wastegate solenoid?

I did some more research and found out that on the evo x there are 2 solenoids, a brown one and a black one. After figuring this out the vacuum hose diagram made a lot more sense. One hose from each solenoid goes to the inlet pipe. And one hose from each solenoid go to the turbo/wastegate.Thanks for the help guys, I'm a newb to the evo and all my friends drive subarus.

The diagram I used is under the evo x hood, 3 port is only slightly different.
