So I went to install my AMS Gate bushing, no problem. Next up was some torque solutions under hood bushings. I noticed that the 08' had a different size so i made sure i ordered the ones for 10'+ anyways here is a picture of the shifter cables....



The first one (on the bottom went in no problem, next was the one in the back but the bushing is much smaller then the one they provided. Its the same size as the first one. Im sort of confused, did they send the wrong ones? Should have i received a larger bushing and a smaller one? Or does my car have the 08' shifter cables...

The part number on the package AWDmotorsports sent me is the correct # for MY11' but obviously only one bushing fits...

Any help guys?

 

So im confused, does it not fit in the cable or fit on the arm? I recently installed TWM's bushings and when i put it together (didnt know i had to sand the pin), got in the car and i had to use both arms to move the shifter side to side. So if its the pin your having trouble with, sand it...just like you should have for the first one.

 

Nope, the actual bushing is too large, in the picture, the bushing on the bottom is one of the new ones, they sent me (2) of that size, as you can see the the bushing that I'm holding in the picture is not the same size as the bottom one.

 

you should have received one large bushing (the one you installed) and one smaller one. the one in the back is still smaller on 2010+

 

Sounds like you were sent an incorrect bushing. Your picture looks identical to my 2010.

just order a set for my 08 gsr.. hope they are the right size

 

just got this today.... do i have the correct bushing?? my car is 2010...

 

in what I can see in that ****ty picture, looks correct to me.

 

installed this today, the middle bushing (pic) perfect fit.. but im wondering the third bushing, is it for 2008?? its smaller than the 2nd bushing..
