No more BB FP Reds so going BB FP Black!

Finally have a tune-date for my baby but before I go I need to get a fuel pump. I have ID1000's. I was thinking the DW300(mainly cuz its quieter) would be good for my goals (430-450whp/360-380tq). Suggestions?

Already have AMS downpipe and ETS high flow cat installed, heres whats getting installed and tuned later:

AEM Intake
Perrin U/LICP
AMS Intercooler
GS 3 port BCS
ID1000's
DW300...
BB FP Black...

Seriously can't wait for this transformation!

Oh, yeah, I'm new here. Been stalking these threads for a minute! Haha!

can you elaborate why the EF3 is better than a Red, especially now that the Reds come in DBB format?

i'm curious because while i have seen some impressive results from MAPs line of turbos, i don't know of anyone else besides CBRE testing the DBB Red. if you have any results, please share as i have a DBB Red on order for my Evo 9.

I would like to see more on this comparison aswell since Ive been doing alot of research and it seems like the fp red and ef3 are very similar and the couple of dynos that ive seen on the ef3 due show that its an awesome turbo but I really havent seen anything say thats its superior to the red in everyway... Any more detailed info would be greatly appreciated

The MAP EF3 turbos are not the best just because they are new, They have not set any records yet, so before you say MAP EF blah blah is better than a proven turbo go break some records yourself, stop giving noobs on this site misinformed info.

They still need to prove themselves other than on dynographs, but so far so good on the hp results posted from them.

I'm planning on sticking with just the stock pump, for now. FP turbos, in my opinion are proven. So getting the Black now is just going to get me excited about getting the supporting mods to push 600 at the wheels.

Leave him alone guys. I went black and I'm thankful. The black puts out a denser air charge at the same boost level than any of those "smaller" turbo's. There for it will make more power than any of those other turbo's on pump gas. Plus the Black is easier on the rods because torque comes on later. I love mine.
