Evo X Clutch question Please help

Hey guys I'm in the market of buying a 2008 gsr from a dealership. It has 41k miles the clutch seems to be in good shape no slip but it releases at the very top. Is that normal for a stock clutch? The pedal is not very stiff so I'm assuming it is stock. I'm also kinda scared to buy the car due to hearing how bad the cmc is has anyone found a good replacment cmc that's been proven on a street clutch?

stock cmc is fine for stock clutch. anything above and beyond not so much. and plenty of full replacement aluminum options out there. pick your poison and go.

I can't see this clutch lasting more then 20k more miles due to the car having full turbo back exhaust icp upgrade intake and Cobb ap. I heard none of the cmc replacments are proven better then stock and still break
