Please use the search feature. There are many options. Your overall setup will be more of a factor. 500+hp can be made using a stock turbo or a 42r.

MAP EF4 or FP Black sound about right for you.

And you don't have to worry about your engine going... you're engine will be safe for many miles

But in all seriousness 500+ hp is as vague as you can get. What are you're goals and is this car going to be a track/auto x/drag/DD? What supporting mods are you going to put in?

Use the search function and look at other builds but don't just compare dyno sheets because there are too many factors that will affect the numbers you'll get.

^ Was just going to say that.
At those power levels you may want to consider building the motor.

Most definitely; in reality you may want to do more than just consider it

I will upgrade my engine internals but not now, and I don't want to re-re-upgrade the turbo again, so I'm searching now for turbo that can pass 500whp , beside its my DD

The turbine side is probably too small for pump gas and 500whp. It would do it on race gas.

You could opt for the GTX3576/GT3582/GTX3582.
