Cold Weather Whining Siren
Have you try walking around the car to see where the sound is coming from instead of sitting inside the car.

Car has to be moving, so I have to sit inside the car.
Same here with my 2010 Ralliart, so it can't be the AYC. I hear two distinct tones, so it has to have something to do with individual wheels. I get this sound below -8'C when the car has been outside in the cold long enough (overnight). It disappears after 10..20 seconds. Been like this for at least 2 years, maybe longer.
Given that some folks get this sound from the front, instead of the rear, I've written it off as cold wheel bearings and learned to ignore it.
It can't be the ACD/AYC pump because folks with no (working) pump get it, too.

I get it also and my ACD pump has been broke for the past month. Only happens on really cold days when the car is moving for the first few minutes. My guess is just cold oil from the diff or transfer case or somewhere struggling to go through its normal path.
