resonated test pipe

I'm currently running ETS test pipe with V2 quiet exhaust. I don't mind how loud it is but I don't really like the raspiness and popping sound while driving slow so basically low to mid rpm range. My question is how much a resonated test pipe would help with the sound? I'm sure someone will tell me this is a re post. I'm using cobb stage 2 ots map if that matters.

So does anybody know how a resonated test pipe or a mini muffler test pipe will affect the sound of the exhaust?

I just want to mellow out the sound of the exhaust if that makes sense.

No, IMO it will not help, the popping and raspy sound you are getting is due to the strait-pipe system, I think you will only get rid of those with a HFC
