So I've had my Evo X for 7 months now. It has 4600 miles. I'm itching to get it tuned up a bit. I live in nyc so a Loud exhaust is not what I'm looking for. I don't want a test pipe because although getting high on fumes is nice, gasoline fumes are poisonous. So I'm considering a hfc. I will also get this thing tuned. I want to keep my stock down pipe because I've come to the conclusion that with my goals the stock dp will be sufficient.

So my question is what brand hfc is known to be CEL free while still providing maximum flow in its category. Also I have the stock dp and midpipe. Meaning I don't want to be cutting flanges, altering or replacing as much as possible. After this I will tune. Any suggestions?

Don't tell me to search. I've found only old threads that don't correspond to today's much broader evo X market.

Works HFC, send them your cat on exchange--they take the stock cat and re-pipe it to 3"..I ran it for a few years-- nice set up and solves the problem while increasing performance without issues.
