thats a test pipe. a evo x downpipe will look something like this:

Stock downpipe is on the top and the AMS widemouth downpipe is on the bottom

 

Yes but for the evo x some companys make a down pipe thats looks pretty similar, no widemouth.

thats the oem downpipe and turbo outlet pipe aka o2 housing all together. the ams 'downpipe' replaces both of those pieces. to the op you can tell its a test pipe by the straightness and length. diameter means nothing.
