Installing ETS intake & UICP= CEL??

So I just finished installing the ETS intake & UICP and now I have a check engine light. All my mods are listed in my signature and I have no tune. I thought that the CEL wouldn't come on because the ETS intake used the stock MAF. Now my question is how do I get rid of the CEL? I was thinking of just pulling the fuse to reset my ECU? Any helpful info would be appreciated!

Did you unhook the battery while installing?
