Evo X clutch slips in EVERY GEAR

So the clutch on my Evo slips in every gear. The RPMs don't matter it will slip at all RPMs if I give any normal amount of throttle. So for example if Im in first and let go of the cluth completely while holding the brake the car will not stall just drop a couple hundred RPMs. Also the engagement point seems to have moved higher but im not sure. Also if i get the car moving and I give it any amount of moderate throttle it will start slipping so the car is really not drivable right now.

Is this normal of a worn clutch? Everywhere i see they specify that it will slip at higher gears first and I had no such indicator. Just one day my brother tells me this is what is happening.

Also i noticed that my slave cylinder was leaking but I figure that should only make it engage more.

Took the car to the stealership they said Mitsubishi may or may not cover it depending on what kind of marks are on the clutch but they want me to approve a 1900 dollar estimate just to tear the car down.... wtf????

Please help me out guys what do you guys think this could be.
