Engine sqeaks when under 600 RPM

Engine sqeaks when under 600 RPM
Hey guys,
I got a squeak similar to what a pulley would make except it happens when the RPM drops below 600. When I am starting from a spot or car idles and RPM variations occur the squeak is audible.
Interesting part it's coming from under the car where the down pipe is and barely audible on top of engine and where the belts are.
Has anyone had that?
