It would be comparable to running a black on a stock motor. It wouldn't be worth it and there are better options out there for the stock motor guys.

I can also post my plots if you want to see
The s2 cams, ets tubular manifold, and 4 inch intake. Are making the gtx3582r turbo on you evo x spool up later!

I'm curious... did you read the linked article? It guides you to your answer as you've already stated your limit of 470whp.

we have had some issue with new garrett Aero surging-

I would recommend the 3576 or consider other options, ours, FP's etc-

which kit has the 35576r that you offer? besides swapping out turbos easier, is there any reason to get this kit over the atp 3576r? the power production and spool of the stock location one are good... also whats the warranty on your stock location manifold? id love to see a comparison of the cbrd manifold + gtx3576r vs the FR mani +3576r

Good idea going with the GTX 35 series. Have you felt the new turbine wheels? They are incredibly light. I'd be really interested in seeing a dyno comparison between identical setups, but one GT and the other GTX to see how much of a spool advantage it gives.

The benefit of the ATP kits is they are stock replacement, meaning technically you can bolt the turbo up to a completely stock car. Its a simpler setup and therefore most cost effective. The downside is you lose a little efficiency from the ATP turbine housing. This is because of design limitations to make it fit in the stock location and with the stock exhaust manifold, etc. I've ported the ATP housings in effort to try to get back some of the efficiency and have had some decent results. The GTX is a high-pressure ratio turbo and is intended for 20 psi plus to be in its efficiency range. Since most of us run at least that much boost, it is ideal for these cars.

I know the difference and efficiency range of the 35r lol im asking chad since they have like 3 kits for the garret stuff. Im actually just going to do an mhi or a 3071r. Even though with stock cams the 35r can hit full boost of 28 psi by 4200, which my friends car does, i still want some more midrange and only 470-480whp. Spool is whats better for me lol. Im also getting a ported intake manifold

we still feel the 3576GTX is the better of those choices-

good comp wheel, low back pressure!

I Have the ATP GTX3576R and I love it, it hit full boost at 3.8k RPM, I made 511whp on 28psi and 95 octane pump gas and the outside temperature was very hot in my country, I guess I can get 600whp+ with methanol injection kit and i'll be tuning on 30+psi.

And this is the mods on my car:

2011 Wicked White Evo X 5MT.
Intake/Exhaust mods:
MAP 3.5" air intake
MAP Rev.3 intake manifold
MAP 64mm ported TB
ETS upper intercooler pipe
ETS lower intercooler pipes
ETS 4" intercooler
ETS down pipe
ETS test pipe
ETS exhaust system
Vibrant 3" Ultra Quite resonator
Full Race Pro Stock ceramic coated exhaust manifold
Tial QR 6psi blow off valve
Torque Solutions blow off valve adaptor

AMS Gate selector bushing
Whiteline camber pushings
Quarter Masters twin plate street clutch
Magnus Clutch Master Cylinder Upgrade Kit with SS line
Works short shifter
RalliArt white shift knob
Torque Solutions rear differential mounts
Torque Solutions drive shaft mounts
Torque Solutions exhaust hangers
Swift spec R springs
Brakes:
Painted brake caliper (Shocker Yellow)
2 piece OEM front brake disc
AMS SS Brake lines
ET500 Brake pads
Fuel system:
AMS fuel rail
AMS fuel regulator kit
Injector Dynamics 1300cc injectors
MAP Evo X fuel feed line
MAP Walbro 400 LPH fuel pump with install kit
Fuelab 6 micron inline fuel filter
Engine dress up:
Speed Circuit firewall heat shield
Mishimoto silicone radiator hose kit
DrivenFab breather tank
MAP cam angle sensor heat shield
Interior/Exterior:
Carbon fiber diffuser
C-West Carbon fiber vents and scoop
Boost, A/F gauges with Pod
Window tint and body protection
Gram Lights 57D 18x9.5 12mm offest rims, special 2 coat powder coat in chrome blue
Toyo R888 265/35/18 tires.

I owned it for few years, but the money I spent on the setup I couldn't bought a real T3/T4 turbo kit.
