Getting ready to spend my income tax and wanted to get my Evo pushing around 400 atwhp figured that this would be a good first step as when I bought the car used they had all ready done the intake, intercooler, and exhaust. I was looking the same kit but decided on doing a turbo upgrade to a MAP ef 2.5. Check the dynos for diff turbos and compare what you really need for the money

Don't recommend it personally. Do a little more research and you'll find there are better ways to reach that power with less lag (and for less money)

The turbos I was researching for under 2k was the MAP 2 and 2.5, blousch dominator, fp journal bearing green, and the cbrd bbx full turbo. All of those are great options and near stock spool times, some offer more bang for your buck imho. Just so happens I got the best turbo upgrade deal with MAP
