Grindingish noise at +4.5krpm (video)

I realized my car is making this ...... noise at 4.5k rpm and higher. The noise is there when im driving in any gear and reach 4.5k rpm. It's also there if im at a stop, clutch in, and rev it up. Ive been through the whining transfercase but this seems different. Any suggestions? I'm not near the car now so anything I can possibly check for will have to wait until tomorrow. Damn car......

I made sure all heat shields were tight and not touching or close to touching anything.

The damn noise is still there! If i'm sitting in the driver seat, it seems like it's coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. At 4.5krpms and higher, it's there everytime until the rpms drop. The engine is so loud though that when i get my wife to rev it while i stand in the front with the hood open, I can barely hear it but cant tell where it's coming from. I'm starting to think it may be something major?

It's hard to tell in the video but it sounds somewhere between a saw blade spinning, and old skateboard with worn our bearings.
