Need to retune after catback change?

Is a retune needed if I am swapping from a blitz nur spec c-ti to a Greddy evo 3 catback?

You can get away without it, but it's always a good idea to retune to get the most out of the part.

^^what they sais I swapped my espilar to a agency power and cars felt fine.
