I believe the tick is coming from the boost solenoid. I had my friend that is very knowledgeable about cars and he didn't have time to check this out while he was doing my alignment however he thinks it is coming from the boost solenoid. He also thinks the stock one is still half hooked up as well as the grimspeed one that I have. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Here is a link to the youtube clip I uploaded. And also keep in mind this happens everytime I start up the car and only lasts for 15 seconds (if that). However it you can faintly hear it if you are under load and in boost.
