wtf is going on here. clutch issues?

2011 gsr. bolt ons. stock clutch. clutch master cylinder recall done. 30 k service done not too long ago so all fluids were changed. car has only 40 k now. why is it so hard to get this damn thing in reverse. sometimes first and second, especially upon cold start ? had the system bled today as well (9/25/2015) anyone know what this could be. clutch still feels strong on pulls and is usually pretty good once she's hot and cruising around town. clutch is notorious for being notchy but I don't know about this..... link below on cold start. I usually start it up and pull it outta the garage to warm up.

So you just jump in the car, fire it up, and go?? Mine does the same thing, especially in cold weather. Do a search. Most, if not all X's do the same.

no I just fire it up in the garage where she's put every night. roll it out into the driveway and let her idle out there to warm up so my garage doesn't get all fumigated I guess idk. just something I do. but it's always so hard to get it into gears. I've searched all over but never seen a video quite like this or had a clear cut answer so I started this thread.

also it's not only on cold starts. it sometimes does it even after the car has been idling outside for about 10-15 mins.

Is your clutch dragging? Google for jacks clutch pedal adjustment. And did your tranny drain plug have a lot of metal on it? Could be bad syncros. On an off chance maybe it is the Oem shifter bushings. But that seems like a long shot to me.

clutch feels fine to me. but according to jacks website, any notchyness is bad and almost everyone I know that has an X has complained about it at some point. the dealer has said it could be bad synchros but they don't know. I'm going back to EFI (the shop that installed my bolt ons and did my tune) for a retune in a couple weeks and I plan on going over all of this with them. just seems so odd to me. but I know I'm not the only one. I heard about the clutch pedal adjustment I will try that. and as for the tranny plug having metal on it I'm not sure. thanks for the jacks read up tho. maybe I'll be giving them a call.

I haven't had any issues like that. Trans is nice and smooth after it's been warmed up for a couple minutes. Anyway, let us know what you find.
