Help identifying part of oil filter bracket

So we are re-assembling the motor to go back in the Evo 10. There is a bolt with a spring on it that used to go in here, and I believe some kind of washer? Can anyone point me to the part numbers for said bolt, spring, and anything else related to this assembly? I have had no luck searching online myself and we are trying to get this back together for our buddy to take to the track in 2 weeks. Thank you all for the help!

I believe thats where the oil thermostat goes. It opens up when the oil gets to temp and lets it flow through the oil cooler. Here's the HKS one, not sure what the part number is for the OEM one.
