Ah ok, thanks for the clarification. I haven't seen anything else other than as a possible solution to the exhaust MIVEC issue.

Just gotta keep searching

My solution is to get a downpipe with a wastegate dump on it then I could use the whole exhaust system. I just need to find somebody to make it or graft a wastegate dump onto a downpipe.

ER puts a wastegate on the test pipe. Just keep your cat for annual inspections..

I saw that ER piece and it is nice.
If it were just that I would. They have roving traffic stops and mobile test vans, so at a minimum I would like to keep the cat.

You took the cat off, that's good for ~20whp...


Also, I hate to pull the "my friends car" card, but, my friends X makes 400wtq/365whp on a dynojet, with cat back, test pipe, intake. So, 15whp or so, and 55wtq... If your virtual dyno graphs are accurate. On pump gas, the catback and test pip was good for ~35whp/wtq. Car went from 300/300 to 330/330 IIRC.
