Hello everyone! I have owned my beautiful evo x for a couple of months. I am the third owner unfortunetly and I have been hearing this whine under acceleration. I am really hoping someone can tell me if they have had this before and what they did to fix it! thanks for the feedback!

Could be trans. Tcase or diff.

My evo 8 sounds the same. Been doing it for 20k miles. And 3 years. Im not worries about it.

 

It seems like there is more of a whine around 2800 rpm pretty much when the turbo spools
