OEM throw out bearing, to be or not to be?

Hello everyone,

Long time lurker, fairly new poster. Babied my 08 since I got her at 16k 5 years ago. Daily drove on bolt ons and a stage 2 access port tune. Stopped daily driving it in September of this year at about 95k because I can tell the stock clutch is FINALLY letting go. I did have the CMC recall done on it back when that was first announced.

After alot of research on here, and with my plans to eventually get it to 450 wheel. I decided on a CC stage 2 2100 series with an ACT streetlite flywheel.

My question that I couldn't seem to find an answer for, is do you recommend I get a new OEM throw out bearing for this setup? Or should I just use the throw out bearing that comes with the CC? Thoughts? Thanks guys.

I'm at 15k miles on the CC TOB, so far so good and no noises. We'll see how it holds up. Ideally I think you would want the OEM.

In my case the CC disk failed way before the TOB.
