Detaching release bearing without clutch fork?

my clutch fork snapped at the bearing ends, both prongs snapped and I have no idea how to detach the release bearing from pressure plate without the clutch fork. Can anyone please give me some insight?

Is the clutch fork loose?

Of it broke how I think it broke, and the fork is just flopping around because it's not longer "attached" to the TOB, you can just take the trans out.
