Help me out boys & gals, ACD issues.

Hey ya’ll.

so this winter is my first winter driving the FE X. I got the tires changed over by a professional tire dude (no garage access for me atm) and afterwards I could smell a burning smell.
it went away, but a few days later I got the AWC service required come up on my dash.
my Evo seemed to still be performing normally & the code eventually went away on its own.

this past week it’s popped up again permanently and my Evo is now acting super weird.
while keeping steady pressure to my fuel pedal my RPM gauge is jumping up on its own, while it seems no more power is actually being received.
for example, I’m shifting to 3rd gear cause the RPMS are jumping up high but I’m still only slowly creeping up past 60kms while driving. Just driving around town it’s a similar sound to me riding the clutch/revving up even though I’m not even changing gears. Kinda embarrassing 😂

I used my Cobb tuner to check out the codes and I got
ACD
c161E
c161F.

so it makes sense for the AWC to come up on my dash if my pump is bad... but what could be causing the weird RPM jumps but lack of power? I was thinking at first my clutch was slipping.
second opinions please!

That sounds like a clutch slipping. No idea if your issues are related or not. Here is the FSM stuff on your trouble code. Obviously some stuff you won't be able to do without a scan tool, but other things you can. Like checking the fluid level etc.

Hello error C161F This is an error on the ACD pump pressure sensor, it may be due to a broken wire or a failure of the pressure sensor. because of this, third-party error C161E appears

Are all four tires the exact same diameter?
