X 1/4 mile times
So I watched the vid and read this thread, maybe its just me but, no one said anything about the "shifter Paddles" What are they for, if all you do is step on the gas and it shifts for you like a typical auto. The driver just steped on the gas and did nothing with the paddles!!?? Is there a full manual via the paddles or is it the manumatic you see standard in all cars now?? I don't get the advantage of this SST Trans?

Ha....come on.....get a life
I know, I'm arguing too much but I just don't feel like being wrong...
the 3 modes exists in both full auto and semi manual modes ..
The 3 modes affect the shifting logic of the gears and how hard it engages .. obviously the most difference can be seen while in full auto S-Sport mode.. but the manual mode is also changed as the engagement is harsher and faster..
Full auto mode shifts at 7000rpms .. manual mode you can command upshift at 7600rpms .. if you screw up on the downshifting .. you'll get a noisy beepbeep

The guy asked a very valid question since the launch mode on the SST is 5000rpms .. yet it was not used ..

Ultimately guys, a business can only exist if profits are within projections.
lost from all their models and was operating in a -
its good when a company is diversified so the other sub-entities can sustained another.
My point is, ultimately they need to sell cars now to make super-normal profits like Toyota and stop looking for bragging rights which they have acquired but not before 11 iterations of the Evolution. Sales is key and now their most popular model in the lineup is open to a wider niche, grandpa can now buy a Evo X and not worry about the M/T in traffic, yes, thats literally one more sale for them which I personally feel is their long term goal.
CREATE A DEMAND ACROSS A WIDER CROSS-SECTION.
jus my 2cents
