That is CORRECT only EVO X SSS with the HIDs.

good luck to the others hopefully some will post a bypass for yall as well.

Can

for canbus system im assuming you have the fast key system right? no key? not a regular key?

I didn't like the color of the DRL's very much, so I swapped them out for some blue 'fake-hid' bulbs. They actually look pretty dang good.
The bulb sizes are '1156' for the DRL's and they're really easy to swap in and out. (The bulbs are only about 10 dollars for a pair, too)

one of mine blew out...so just took them both out...they're dumb anyways, i hate those lights.

If other cars can't see you in the daytime, I think you have bigger problems than what a DRL can fix. Either way I replaced my drivers side DRL bulb twice, then it died again.

I removed that stupid DRL fuse, no more DRLs for me.

I know there is a DRL bypass for the normal Lancers and it should work with the EVOs (Non SSS-Halogen lights). I soldered up my own bypass but this one is basically the same thing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_2207wt_1161

You can use it with HIDs so they function normally or you can keep your standard lights and it should just get rid of the DRL.
