Just wanted to see how everyone else's gas mileage is like. I am getting now an average of 19-21 mpg. About 230-240 miles on a tank. The strange thing is that I recall the manual saying the tank capacity is 15 gallons or what not, but when I refill having like 20-30 miles left of the car bc I end up only filling up to 11.4 gallons. Anyone else experience this?

Also is there a gas light that should come on when you are low on gas? I've never gotten to that point. The furthest I've taken it is when the bc says that my miles left is just a "--" so I assume I should get gas. Just wanted to see everyone else's experience etc.

 

I average between 200 and 220 miles, filling up about the same amount as you. Mods are Works drop-in and TurboXS mbc set to 23psi. When you get down low, there is a little warning sign that comes up. Hit the little INFO button and it'll tell you that you're low on fuel.

Um, I get an average of like 12 around city and about 19-20 on the highway. This car gets god awful mileage. If you guys are getting 19 mpg city than you are driving the car like a bunch of vaginas.

 

Do you guys fill up only to 11.4 ish gallons? Thats the big mystery because i could have sworn it says 15 gallon tank in the manuel.

Same here. 12-13 mpg around city, and 18-19 on the highway.

BTW, on my ix I used to get around 15 mpg.

~220 miles a tank, combined driving. Gas is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ right now.

 

My wife asked me why I was going so slow. I told her it's not to baby the damn thing, i'm just trying to save on gas! $3.65 for 93.

i get about 190-200 per full tank. i gotta get a tune again. on the free way i get good mileage. but i do step on and off the gas a little too much. its fun cant stop it. lol

 

would be nice if an evo could hit 300 easily on a tank of gas but hey
if 20 mpg it is with ~220 mi/gallon ...thats not a bad choice of a car hahah

 

i got 27 the other day on my way to school..... once i hit the city.. dropped to 24.... once i got to my school's parking deck and actually found a spot.... 21..... that was a good day tho, i usually average around 20ish

 

27! WOW the most i've seen is like 23.6 damn gas mileage oh well love the car though.
