Possible to Swap MR & GSR Grilles?

Hey, wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to swap the MR & GSR grille's? I like the looks of the grille being black on the GSR, but also like the chrome trim on the MR. I will soon be getting an MR & would like to know if this is possible? Since the GSR does not have the chrome trim, will the grille be too big for the MR, or is there a black trim, instead of this chrome piece, which can be removed? Thanks.

As far as I've seen, it is not a seperate piece and would require cutting.

Yea, paint is the best choice.

That's a good option , I didn't think about that...
(serious not sarcastic)

Can you or anyone else describe the finish on the grille? Is it matt? Would painting possibly look bad/not similar to the GSR grille?

The piece with the chrome is separate.

oh cool... I actually like the chrome... Adds a subtle flair without being too obnoxious

Yeah, its not removable and is just simply painted. The chrome piece can be added as mentioned. The chrome is really a personal thing, but the grey finish on teh grill does look more finished in person

Sweet. Thanks to everyone for helping. I'm such a dumbass for not thinking about the paint.
